Having a very successful amateur career, Pipes turned pro in 2011. Forgoing the traditional 250cc path and jumping straight to the 450cc. He learned right away what it takes to make it at the next level, he committed his life to motocross. Racing for T.P.J. for the last five years Dustin has become a seasoned veteran, making connection accross the industry along the way. In 2017, he decieded to do things differently, utilizing his connections through motocross, he brought together fellow Central Valley Natives, Billy Ezernak and motocross champion George Holland, to form H.E.P. Motorsports, backed by Suzuki Motor of America and the RMarmy. For Dustin, 2018 is a new year and a new challenge, balancing the responsabilities of team manager and a racer.
